The Sun Room seeks to be the premier location for affordable yoga, healing, and movement workshops in San Francisco. Our beautiful 1200 square foot studio has gorgeous bamboo floors, seven bright windows, and airy high ceilings. There is ample gathering space in our entry room and three stalls in our changing area. The studio is located an easy walk from either the 16th and Mission or 24th and Mission Street BART stations.

TIMES
Our primary workshop time is on Sundays from 1m to 5pm.  Saturday evening starting at 6:15pm is also available. Please check the schedule at Google Calendar to see when there may be availability.

COSTS
The Sun Room is offered both on an hourly and on a percentage of profit basis. Please contact us for rates.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
Inside the yoga space is a simple stereo system with a CD player and an input for an ipod or other portable music device. Our speakers can provide good volume and quality sound. Please note that we have no microphone or sound equipment other than what is stated. We have a good selection of props for your use including bolsters, straps, sandbags, and eyepillows. A small number of yoga mats are also available. Please note that we do not provide any staff for events unless special arrangements are made.

POLICIES
To keep costs low, we do not provide front desk staff. When your workshops is approved and scheduled we will fill you in on procedures for entering and locking up the room and anything else you may need for your workshop. In respect to the space you are responsible to leave the room in the same condition in which you found it.
